Burlington Girls Softball League Fast Pitch Clinic (Beginner/Intermediate) Grades 4 - 8
(Registration is available through the Community Education link above.)

Learn the proper technique of "windmill" fast pitch. This 4 week clinic is designed for girls just beginning to pitch and those who want to improve their pitching performance. Individual instruction at each girl's level will be provided. Continue to improve by signing up for more than one session. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend and learn with their daughters. Gloves and tennis shoes required...black soles not allowed! We will be using the 11” or 12” flexiballs in the gym. Please bring your own ball. If you do not have one, it can be purchased for $5 at the class.

Girl’s Fast Pitch One-on-One Pitching Instruction

Hello, my name is Bekah Shellberg and I am the starting varsity pitcher at Catholic Central High School. I have received 1st team all-Conference, 1st team all-Area, 1st team all-District, Rookie of the Year, Athlete of the Week (multiple times), Most Valuable Player, Player of the Year in Conference, and I have played travel softball since 2002. I have gone to G’s Pitching Camp for 10 years and over that time, have learned the mechanics of pitching back to front. I am offering a one-one-on pitching instruction class.

Lessons are priced at $10 for 30 minutes, or $15 for 1 hour.
