Quad County League for U-12 and U-14 Leagues The Quad County Youth Baseball and Softball league was formed in 2010. The league is comprised of teams from Eagle, East Troy, Elkhorn, Palmyra, Waterford & Whitewater with Burlington, Lake Geneva, Lakeland, Milton and Williams Bay joining for softball only. Whitewater Parks and Recreation hosts the website, but each community has a hand in running the Quad County League.
