2012 Summer Softball Registration

Where:   Dyer Intermediate School Cafeteria
              201 S. Kendrick Street

When:   Saturday, January 28 & February 4
            9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Registration is for Burlington and surrounding area girls, currently in grades Pre-Kindergarten thru 12th grade.

You may also register by mail. (See Below for Details and Forms.)

Registration closes March 10, 2012

Open the file you have just downloaded and saved to your computer and TYPE in all the appropriate information in the text boxes. NOTE: Do NOT close the file or all typed information will be lost. After completing the form, it is important you proceed to Step 3 immediately.
